Justine is a child from Kenya. He is the third born child in a family of four siblings. They all live together with their mother in their ancestral land in Baringo, a rural location where basic infrastructure is limited.
For two years, Justine has had a right inguinal hernia. If not treated, the hernia may result in tissue twisting and blocking, which is very painful. Fortunately, on March 26, he will undergo repair surgery at our medical partner’s care center.
Our medical partner, African Mission Healthcare Foundation, is requesting $423 to fund Justine’s surgery. Once completed, this procedure will hopefully allow him to live more comfortably.
Justine’s mother says, “I hope to see my son get treated and discharged.”
