Rottana is a four-year-old boy from Cambodia. When not learning as a first grader, he enjoys watching TV and playing with games and toys with his younger sister.
Rottana was diagnosed with both tonsil hypertrophy and adenoid hypertrophy, conditions that have caused his tonsils and adenoids (glands located in the roof of the mouth) to swell. His symptoms have caused him a sore threat, runny nose, and difficulty swallowing and breathing.
On March 21, Rottana will undergo surgery at our medical partner’s care center to remove his tonsils and adenoids. Our medical partner, Children’s Surgical Centre, is asking for $221 to cover the cost of his treatment.
After surgery, Rottana will feel and breathe better!
