Sarin is a 53 year old man who has made it through a lot of adversity. In 1988, while a soldier in the Royal Cambodian Army, he lost his right arm below the elbow and his right eye in a landmine accident. In spite of these hardships, he has eight children and works hard in construction to help support them.
While working on a construction project last week, Sarin fell from a roof and broke his hip. He went to his local hospital, where he was referred to Children’s Surgical Centre for surgery. His providers expect that the surgery will increase his mobility and decrease the pain that he has been experiencing for the past week.
Sarin wants to return to work as soon as possible so that he can continue to help support his children. He has overcome so much already - let’s help him get through this challenge quickly!
