One year ago, Oeu developed a cataract in his right eye, causing him blurry vision and photophobia. He has difficulty seeing things clearly, which affects his daily activities.

Now, he needs help to fund this $253 procedure.
Oeu says, “I hope after surgery my eye can see clearly. I would like to easily recognize my family’s faces and get around better with my wife.”
