Ahereza is a child from Uganda. He has three siblings. He like studying and has dreams of being a doctor in the future.
For three years, Ahereza has had a hydrocele, which is a swelling in a sensitive area. The hydrocele causes him pain and discomfort, and this is affecting his studies. Fortunately, on June 14, he will undergo hydrocele repair surgery at our medical partner’s care center.
Our medical partner, African Mission Healthcare Foundation, is requesting $139 to fund Ahereza’s surgery. Once completed, this procedure will hopefully allow him to live more comfortably and confidently.
His mother says, “I hope my son gets better after surgery and I can continue with farming as he continues with studies.”
