Hor is a retired rice farmer from Cambodia. He has eight children and enjoys listening to the news on the radio.
In July 2016, he was in a motorbike accident and broke his right tibia. He immediately got treatment near his home, but spent most of his life savings, and the fracture has not healed properly. He is in chronic pain and cannot walk without support.
Fortunately, surgeons at our medical partner, Children’s Surgical Centre, can help. On December 11, Hor will undergo a fracture repair procedure, which will cost $430. Surgery can help him walk easily again.
“I hope my father can walk easier and without pain,” says his daughter.
