Sokha is a farmer from Cambodia. She has a daughter and eight grandchildren. She likes to listen to monks pray on the radio.
Five years ago, Sokha developed entropion of the eyelids. This means that her eyelids turn inward. She experiences itching, blurry vision, irritation, and tearing.
Sokha traveled to our medical partner’s care center to receive treatment. On July 10, surgeons at our medical partner, Children’s Surgical Centre (CSC), will perform a corrective procedure to repair her eyelids. Now, Sokha needs help to raise $212 to fund this procedure.
She says, “I hope to stop itching and hope I can see better.”
