Last year, seven-year-old Nolari from Tanzania sustained severe burns in a tragic fire that killed her parents and five siblings.
She is now living with a loving adoptive family, but her burns have not fully healed. The remaining scar tissue causes pain and tightness when she tries to move her left arm, but her family cannot afford medical care.
Nolari says she is hopeful that she will receive the operation she needs to gain functionality of her arm. For $1300, Nolari will receive surgery and skin grafts to release the tightened skin around her elbow and allow her to regain use of her arm. Let’s help Nolari move forward!

Nolari received surgery and skin grafts to release burn contractures on her elbow.
After the surgery, Nolari is smiling ear to ear. Having lost her parents and five siblings in a tragic fire, she no longer has the pain in her arm as a constant reminder. Nolari is now able to use her hand and will continue to improve as she continues physiotherapy.
“Thank you very much. We would not have managed to help Nolari on our own,” Nolari’s guardians said. “We pray that this shall be the beginning of her healing after all that has happened.”
