SreyDav is a three-month-old baby girl from Cambodia. She has one older brother.
Since birth, SreyDav has had a cataract in each eye, causing her mother to notice white lenses and that SreyDav’s eyes did not follow the actions in front of her. She has difficulty seeing things clearly and recognizing faces.
When SreyDav’s family learned about our medical partner, Children’s Surgical Centre, they traveled for four and a half hours seeking treatment. Doctors will perform a lensectomy in each eye and an intraocular lens implant in each eye. After recovery, she will be able to see clearly. Now, she needs help to fund this $425 procedure.
SreyDav’s mom said, “I hope my daughter’s eye surgery is successful so she can see everything.”
