Heang is a 66-year-old rice farmer from Cambodia. He has four daughters, one son, and four grandchildren. When he comes home from working on the farm, he enjoys listening to the monks pray on the radio.
Two years ago, Heang developed a cataract in his right eye, causing him burry vision. He has difficulty seeing things clearly, recognizing faces, and going anywhere outside.

His daughter feels so happy that he can see again, and she is glad that she won’t have to worry about his right eye having any more problems like his left eye.
“I am so happy that I can see everything clearly after my eye surgery. It is now easy for me to do any work that I want and I feel more comfortable going anywhere outside again. I won’t have to worry anymore because my right eye is my only eye, and before I was very worried.”
