Heston is a 47-year-old man from Malawi. He lives with his wife and six children, working as a farmer and a bricklayer. When not working, Heston enjoys spending time with his friends and neighbors at his Roman Catholic church.
In December 2016, Heston began experiencing pain and difficulty urinating. Doctors have diagnosed him with an enlarged prostate. A surgical operation is required in order to restore normal urinary function.
Our medical partner, World Altering Medicine, is requesting $733 to fund Heston’s operation. He is scheduled to undergo surgery on May 4 at our medical partner’s care center, Nkhoma Hospital. After receiving treatment, he will be able to return home free of pain.
“I give thanks to Watsi for helping me,” Heston says.
