Taing Kim is a rice farmer from Cambodia. She has one son, three daughters, and four grandchildren. She enjoys reading the Bible and listening to monks pray on the radio.
Six years ago, Taing Kim developed entropion of the eyelids. This means that she has experiences blurred vision and irritation. It is difficult for her to open her eyelids and see.
Taing Kim traveled to our medical partner’s care center to receive treatment. On February 12, surgeons at our medical partner, Children’s Surgical Centre (CSC), will perform a corrective procedure to repair her eyelids. Now, Taing Kim needs help to raise $212 to fund this procedure.
She says, “I hope my eye surgery is successful so I can easily open my eye to see everything comfortably.”
