Waddy is a four-month-old baby girl who lives with her parents in Burma.
Waddy was born with an abnormal growth on her neck, which has now grown in size and spread to her cheek. Our medical partner, Burma Children Medical Fund, has arranged for Waddy to have a CT scan on June 14, and is requesting $693 to cover the total cost.
Results from the CT scan will provide doctors with important diagnostic information so that they can come up with a diagnosis and treatment plan for Waddy.

Waddy underwent a CT scan.
Waddy underwent a CT scan, and the results show that Waddy has congenital cystic hygroma, an abnormal growth, in her lower jaw and laryngomalacia, a congenital softening of the larynx (voice box). With the CT scan results, doctors can now move forward with creating a diagnosis and treatment plan for Waddy.
