“I want to see him stand and play as soon as possible,” says Bipin’s mother. “He is crying all the time. He can not even sit.”
One-year-old Bipin is a young boy from Nepal, and the youngest of eight family members. Recently, Bipin fell while his mother was working, and could no longer stand or walk. He was diagnosed with a fracture in his right femur.
Bipin’s parents work hard as farmers and wage laborers to support their children, but do not have the funds to pay for his surgery. Our medical partner in Nepal, Possible, is able to treat Bipin’s fracture for $205.
When treated, “Bipin will be able to use his feet again. He will not be disabled by the accident,” says Possible. “He will be able to grow like any normal child.”
Let’s help ensure Bipin stays on a normal growth trajectory, and fund this important treatment!
