Businge is a young student from Uganda. He lives with his paternal grandmother. He has five siblings.
For two months, Businge has had a hydrocele, which is a swelling in a sensitive area. The swelling causes him discomfort, and he often has to miss school because of the pain. Fortunately, on May 16, he will undergo hydrocele repair surgery at our medical partner’s care center.
Our medical partner, African Mission Healthcare Foundation, is requesting $185 to fund Businge’s surgery. Once completed, this procedure will hopefully allow him to live more comfortably.
His grandmother says, “After surgery my grandson will no longer miss school because of pain.”
