"She feels the fetus move, and kick her belly after walking for a while," says our medical partner, Lwala Community Alliance (LCA). 27-year-old Jecinter is a pregnant mother of four boys from Kenya. She and her husband work hard as farmers, growing maize, beans, and groundnuts. She hopes to have her fifth baby in a safe, clean facility with proper care, but cannot afford the cost.
