Mathew is a 13-year-old boy from Tanzania. He is the second-born of four children, and his parents are farmers.
Mathew has had breathing problems since his was born. His parents have spent a lot of time and money seeking treatment for their son. Finally, they were referred to our medical partner’s care center, The Plaster House.
Mathew was diagnosed with enlarged adenoids, the glands on the roof of his mouth. On November 29, doctors performed an adenoidectomy to help him breathe.
Mathew’s parents had difficulty affording the bus fare to visit The Plaster House. They need help to fund this $488 treatment.
