Rukuya is a small-scale farmer from Uganda. For five years, Rukuya has had a hydrocele, which is a swelling in a sensitive area. Fortunately, on December 5, he will undergo hydrocele repair surgery at our medical partner’s care center.
Our medical partner, African Mission Healthcare Foundation, is requesting $185 to fund Rukuya’s surgery. Once completed, this procedure will hopefully allow him to live more comfortably and confidently.
Rukuya says, “After surgery I will be able to do simple work at home.”

Rukuya underwent hydrocele repair surgery.
Rukuya’s hydrocele repair was done successfully. He is no longer at risk of developing an infection. After recovery he will resume his activities at home.
He says, “I am now fine. I extend my sincere thanks to all the people of God who paid for my treatment. Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity.”
