Saran is a teacher from Cambodia. He is married and has two daughters. He likes to go for walks and do housework in his free time.
Two years ago, Saran developed nasal polyps, noncancerous growths in the lining of the nasal passage. For this reason he experiences headaches and nasal obstruction. He has difficulty breathing.
When Saran learned about our medical partner, Children’s Surgical Centre, he traveled for three hours seeking treatment. On December 11, doctors will perform a nasal polypectomy to remove the polyps. After recovery, he will be able to breathe more easily. Now, he needs help to fund this $267 procedure.
He says, “I hope I can breathe better and will be able to sleep after the operation.”
