Ngorn is a woman from Cambodia. She has five children and 14 grandchildren In July 2018, Ngorn slipped and fell, injuring her left hipbone. She received treatment at another hospital, but it was unsuccessful and she still suffers from pain and immobility.
Surgery will replace part of her hipbone and will allow her to walk independently without the use of a walker. Surgery is scheduled for April 25 and will cost $497. She looks forward to being on her own again.
She says, “I hope that the surgery will allow me to walk normally again and no longer experience any pain.”
