Bareberaho is a church catechist from Uganda. He is married with ten children. His wife is a small-scale farmer
For two years, Bareberaho has had a recurrent right inguinal hernia. The hernia is painful and has restricted his movement and work performance. Fortunately, on January 4, he will undergo hernia repair surgery at our medical partner’s care center.
Our medical partner, African Mission Healthcare Foundation, is requesting $219 to fund Bareberaho’s surgery. Once completed, this procedure will hopefully allow him to live more comfortably and confidently.
Bareberaho says, “I hope to continue with service of God after surgery since I will be pain free.”

Bareberaho underwent hernia repair surgery.
Bareberaho received a herniorrhaphy, and it was successful. This surgery has relieved him of pain, and his quality of life has improved.
Bareberaho says, “Thanks Watsi because I could not manage to pay for this surgery. Be blessed all. I hope to continue serving the people of God in church as I am a catechist.”
