Mercy is an adorable seven-month-old girl. She is the youngest of four children. Her mother is a full-time mom, while her father is a casual farmer.
Mercy was diagnosed with hydrocephalus, a condition where excess fluid accumulates in the skull, causing the head to swell. She underwent a procedure to treat the condition, but unfortunately her symptoms have returned. A shunt revision has been recommended. If not treated, Mercy is at risk of suffering brain damage, loss of sight, and potentially death.
Fortunately, she is scheduled to undergo brain surgery on September 19. Her family needs help raising $634 to fund the procedure.
Her mother says, “I hope you can help us.”
